How do I sync my data?
No code skills needed! You just have to install our app on your Shopify store, connect your Airtable account and then click on a button "Generate base". We then create a sync base in your Airtable workspace.
This sync base contains all your store data (Orders included), every change made in Shopify reflects instantly in this base.
How fast is the synchronization?
Data syncs in real-time (few seconds max). As soon as a new order is placed, you see it few seconds later in Airtable. For more information, see our help center.
Can I sync all Orders data?
Yes. When we generate your Airtable synced base, we create a separate “Orders” tab. In this tab you will get data for each line items (product, variant, quantity, tax, customers information...) and you will be able to manage it via Airtale.
What is happening when a new order is placed?
As soon as an order is placed in your store, SyncBase pushes all the data to your Airtable synced base within seconds.
Can I get a custom sync with specific data?
