Do you help with data migration?
Yes, we do. Whether your data is stored in Excel files, Google Sheets, another PIM, an ERP, or any other source, our experts can help you collect, clean, and import it into your new SyncBase PIM.
How much does it cost?
Your SyncBase PIM cost includes two parts:
1. A one-time setup fee for your custom configuration. This depends on your specific needs such as data migration, interface creation, and custom features.
2. A monthly subscription based on your data volume. It includes the SyncBase App plan (see above) and your Airtable workspace plan.

How long does it take to implement the SyncBase PIM?
It depends on your project scope and timing.
A light PIM setup can be ready within a day, while larger projects usually take around 15 to 20 days.
On average, implementing a SyncBase PIM is up to 8 times faster than a traditional PIM.
Do you offer full customization?
Yes, absolutely. You can choose exactly which data to synchronize, how your interfaces look, and which features to include. We can also handle data migration if needed.
The only limits are those of Airtable itself, which is known for being one of the most flexible tools available.
Multi-store: is it possible to sync multi-stores to the same PIM?
Yes, it’s possible. You can connect several Shopify stores to the same SyncBase PIM.
What is a variant?
A variant is a specific version of a product in your Shopify store. For example, if you sell a t-shirt in three sizes (S, M, L) and two colors (red, blue), that product will have 6 variants (3 sizes × 2 colors).
Each variant can have its own price, SKU, and inventory. If a product has no options, Shopify automatically creates one default variant for it.
What happens if I hit the variant, or another limits?
If you hit one limit of your plan we will tell you so and you will be able to switch for a superior plan.
