Does this replace a WMS (Warehouse Management System)?
For many mid-sized brands, yes. You can track inventory, bin locations, and picking lists. If you have a massive warehouse with complex scanning requirements, SyncBase can integrate with your existing WMS to visualize the data.
Does order status sync back to Shopify?
Yes! SyncBase supports 2-way sync. If you update a product's inventory or an order's tag in Airtable, it can reflect in Shopify.
Note: Fulfilling an order from Airtable back to Shopify requires a specific automation setup.
Can I handle Returns and Exchanges?
Absolutely. You can build a dedicated "Returns" view to track incoming items, issue refunds, and update inventory. All linked to the original order record.
Can I connect multiple Shopify stores?
