Shopify Sync
We set up SyncBase to import Lillicoco's entire existing product catalog and configured seamless two-way sync between Airtable and Shopify.
Drop Calendar
A visual calendar of every upcoming drop. At a glance, the team sees what's launching next, when, and what still needs work.
Product Staging
A dedicated space to prepare products before they go live. Draft titles, upload photos, set pricing, write descriptions — all in Airtable, invisible to customers until release.
Readiness Checklist
Every product carries a status: photos in, copy approved, pricing set, ready to launch. The team knows exactly what's blocking a drop at any moment.
Drop Scheduler
Assign a release date and time to each drop. Products wait in staging until the scheduled moment — no manual intervention needed.
One-Click Release
When launch time hits, the entire drop pushes to Shopify in a single action. No logging in, no copy-pasting, no watching the clock.
AI Enrichment
